Sophie Fay

Sophie brings over 15 years of experience across bio pharmaceutical, medtech and consulting organizations, at the International and France level.

She has held various high-level positions, including Principal Consultant Europe and Head of Market Access France at IQVIA, Market Access and Public Affairs Director Western Europe at Indivior and Market Access Lead at GSK.

She has a strong expertise in corporate strategy in Market Access, Health Technology Assessment, Public Affairs and External Communication. She has led early Go to market entry strategies for the launch of orphan, chronic disease drugs and vaccines and maintained access strategies for mature products.

Sophie holds an MBA from the ESSEC business school.
